Learning organization is a new form of organizations appeared with the increase of uncertainty of environment in the age of knowledge economy , it is still young and the research for it is not so embedded all - sided and systemic . the article focused on the leaning organization , based on the other scholars ' work on it , constructed a system model of leaning organization using the theory and method of system science , and designed every subsystems of leaning organization , especial the structure subsystem 學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論還是一個年輕的組織理論,學(xué)者們對它的研究還不夠深入、全面和系統(tǒng),本文以學(xué)習(xí)型組織理論為研究對象,系統(tǒng)的回顧了學(xué)習(xí)型組織的基本理論,利用系統(tǒng)科學(xué)的理論和方法分析了學(xué)習(xí)型組織的構(gòu)成要素,構(gòu)建了學(xué)習(xí)型組織的系統(tǒng)模型,并對各子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了初步分析,特別對學(xué)習(xí)型組織的結(jié)構(gòu)子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)的分析設(shè)計。
